  You Need to Know:<br />\n*Wear comfortable clothing.<br />\n*You will be 
 lying down for most of this experience. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or s
 omething you will be comfortable resting on\, as well as any blankets\, pi
 llows\, bolsters\, etc… Make yourself at home!<br />\n*No pre-registrati
 on is necessary. Just show up between 6:30 and 7:00 and we’ll set you se
 t up.<br />\nThis event is donation-based\, $25 suggested. You can pay via
  Venmo or cash once you get to the studio.</p>\n
