This 90 minute class happens once a year as we make our way from the light half of the year into the dark. Laurel Van Matre will tell the stories of the 3 Goddesses: Kali, Lakshmi and Saraswati, who represent the cycles of life. She will use that as a metaphor to take the class through a brief meditation to find a word that represents what we want to manifest in our lives as we make our way to the beginning of a new year.
