PILATES @ YOGA Garden w/ Miki Mosman
Hello! I’m so excited to bring Mat Pilates to Yoga Garden on Sundays, July 12 and August 16th for our summer series. Much like with your yoga practice, all you’ll need is a mat and willingness to work your core muscles as we dive into Pilates essentials!
Miki discovered Pilates over 15 years ago and has been hooked ever since. What began as a personal practice quickly became a lifelong relationship with movement, strength, and body awareness. Her mat classes focus on building strong foundations through breath, alignment, and controlled movement. Miki believes Pilates should feel both challenging and supportive, and she loves helping students develop strength, confidence, and a deeper understanding of how their bodies move.
Sundays, July 12 and August 16th
10:00-11:00AM
Regular class rates apply – No preregistration necessary. Come the studio 10 minutes before class and we’ll set you up.
Introduction to Astrology Series
✨ Recognizing the Pattern: A Mid-Year Astrology Review & Forecast
Around the summer solstice, halfway through the year is the perfect time to pause and ask: What patterns have been unfolding?
Join us for Recognizing the Pattern: A Mid-Year Astrology Review & Forecast, where we’ll reflect on the astrology of the year so far and explore how its archetypes have shown up in our lives and in the world around us. Together we’ll revisit the major transits of 2026, connect them to lived experience, and look ahead to the astrology still to come. Rather than focusing on prediction, we’ll practice reading astrology as a language of cycles, timing, and pattern awareness—helping us meet what’s ahead with greater clarity and intention.
Whether you’ve been following the astrology all year or are just beginning to learn, this class will help you connect the dots and deepen your understanding of the year we’re living through. I hope you’ll join us.
No prior experience needed—jump in any time! This class is beginner friendly and open to both the astrology-curious and longtime students alike.

Dr. Erin McFerson – For over 10 years, I’ve guided people toward physical alignment through my chiropractic practice. As an astrologer, I now help people reflect on the many other ways they can AlignWell in their lives. I’ve always had a curious mind (hello, Gemini Moon!) and a drive to create balance and alignment in my life (thank you, Taurus Sun on the Ascendant).I see your birth chart as a personalized divinatory map—one that can deepen your understanding of past events and patterns, root you in the present, and offer guidance as you navigate the future. Through natal chart readings and teaching, my aim is to help the symbols speak so you can gain perspective, clarity, and self-acceptance from this ancient practice. I studied Biology at the University of Missouri–Columbia, earned my doctorate in chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University, and completed my training in ancient Hellenistic astrology with Adam Elenbaas through Nightlight Astrology. I’m the owner of McFerson Chiropractic and AlignWell Astrology, and I live in Northeast Minneapolis with my partner, our two children, a cat, a dog, and a very large garden. My favorite days are spent listening to music, being outdoors, sewing clothing, or hosting delicious dinner parties with friends and family.
