A change in season is the right time for self care and YOGA Garden is the perfect place to make room for rest, relaxation and connection to our peaceful inner vibes. Our sound baths with the lovely Carrie Nelson will kick off this fall, please see details below.

That You Need to Know:
*Wear comfortable clothing.
*You will be lying down for most of this experience. Feel free to bring a yoga mat or something you will be comfortable resting on, as well as any blankets, pillows, bolsters, etc… Make yourself at home!
*No pre-registration is necessary. Just show up between 6:30 and 7:00 and we’ll set you up.
