June 1, 2026(1 event) – Been trying for weeks (months, years even?!) to stick a handstand or find stability in headstand? In this class Laurel Van Matre will lead you through a sequence of poses each week designed to break down the actions needed in your practice to create the strength, flexibility and understanding you need to achieve inversions with confidence. This class is a 'workshop-style set up', meaning we will stop and start and ask questions along the way. This class is designed to be available to anyone, teacher or student, wanting to learn more. It is meant to be collaborative meaning Laurel will take into account who is in the room and what questions they may have. This class is meant to be taken again and again adding a stronger foundation to your toolkit every time you attend. Laurel is known for her in-depth understanding of alignment and ability to break down the yoga poses that elude us most making them fun and more easily assessable over time.
